100% Guarantee policies Most online pharmacies do not offer refunds or replacement shipments if an order happens to be seized by customs. Other online pharmacies give a one time replacement shipment if your order is seized by customs by charging the client an insurance fee. Prescription Pharmacy RX values our customers and takes pride in our 100% guarantee policies. That is why we stand apart from the rest. Policies on Purchases and Shipping 100% guarantee policy: If you do not get your order Prescription Pharmacy Rx will re-ship the medication or refund your credit card ( Restrictions apply: see following points #A and #B ). A. Prescription Pharmacy Rx ships from Latin America by regular mail. If by chance the shipment is held in customs, we will replace the order for free or refund your credit card upon receiving a copy of the notice and a copy of the corresponding envelope for the detained package(s). We do not re-ship a detained order more than two times. Please note that the we only have 5% of our shipments seized by customs from all over the world. B. Prescription Pharmacy Rx only provides a full refund if the product is damaged during shipping, deteriorated, or if customs has detained it. If the order was shipped in more than one package, then we are only permitted to process a refund if we receive a notice and an envelope for each package detained. Otherwise, we are only able to re-ship the detained portion of the order. If the product is damaged, we will only provide a refund upon receiving the damaged merchandise. We do not provide refunds if we re-ship the order nor do we give partial refunds for an order. Prescription Pharmacy Rx also does not provide refunds nor re-ship an order if the order was placed over 3 months. If there are any problems with your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product(s). If your order is detained by customs, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the notice from customs. 4. Notify us directly and not your credit card company in case you desire to make a claim. We can not grant a refund if you first make a claim directly with your credit card company . There will be a $50 charge for all charge-backs declared by you if not first attempted to be resolved by Prescription Pharmacy Rx. 5. Your medications will arrive within 25 days from the time we ship the merchandise (normally with 24 hours from placing the order, except weekends or major holidays). If there is any kind of delay please contact us immediately. We do not re-ship an order if you do not contact us within 1 week from the shipment's deadline (from the 25th day deadline).
Policies for Product Exchanges 1. For received products, exchanges are only allowed within the first 48 hours of product reception. 2. Exchanges can only be made for the same product and only if the product arrives damaged. 3. The buyer must contact us via e-mail before the established time runs out. In order to proceed with an exchange of the product, the buyer must contact our sales department to receive further instructions for exchanges. 4. Exchanges will not be accepted if the product has been used or opened. 5. The returned product will be reviewed by our logistics operator, whom will then verify that the product is deteriorated. After, we will acknowledge the request for the exchange and re-ship the product(s) no extra charge.
Policies for Canceling an Order 1. You can cancel your order within the first 12 hours from placing the order. Please proceed by communicating your decision via an e-mail (or through our web site's "Contact us") and indicate your desire to cancel the order made within the established time. The refund will be directly made to the client's Credit Card.
Liability Policies 1. If you are dissatisfied in any way with Prescription Pharmacy Rx, any information found therein, or with any Prescription Pharmacy Rx Policies, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using Prescription Pharmacy Rx services. The use of the web site, the Content and any products (medications) or services discussed or sold via the web site are used at your own risk. Prescription Pharmacy Rx does not encourage self-medication without consultation of a physician. 3. We are not liable for any information wrongfully submitted (intended or not) in order to obtain any products (medicine) or services from Prescription Pharmacy Rx web site. 4. It is the customer's responsibility to know their country's laws, regulations and policies on the importation of the medication one wishes to purchase. Prescription Pharmacy Rx web site manages & exports its products legally from Latin America . It is the buyer's responsibility to adhere to their country's governing laws, regulations and policies. Therefore, Prescription Pharmacy Rx is not liable. 5. By submitting an order through Prescription Pharmacy Rx web site(s) you agree and accept all of the above policies and procedures. * Prescription Pharmacy Rx may update its company policies without previous notice.
