1. Can I really order Medications without a prescription?
Yes. You do not have to have a prescription to purchase medication through our web site... you still have to have a prescription to possess them. The rules and regulations vary in each country. It is each individual’s responsibility to investigate their country’s rules and regulations concerning this matter.

2. Is this Legal?
It is the customer’s responsibility to know their country's laws, regulations and policies on the importation of the medication one wishes to purchase. Prescription Pharmacy Rx web site manages & exports its products legally from Latin America. It is the buyer's responsibility to adhere to their country’s governing laws, regulations and policies.
To our knowledge there has never been an instance where anyone attempting to import medicine for personal use in 90 days supply or less has ever had any legal problems. Customs reserves the right to refuse any shipment entry, but this does not mean that such attempted importation is a crime unless the drug in question is illegal to possess (i.e. Marijuana, cocaine, etc).
If you travel to a foreign country and obtain a prescription medicine there in a 90 day supply or less and desire to bring it back with you physically to the USA. You could bring it to USA Customs and 'declare' it. Customs reserves the right to allow or refuse any entry of medication.
Similarly, when the medication is obtained through regular mail, Customs only has two options with regards to the importation of a prescription medicine - to refuse their entry or to pass them through. Since no less than 250,000 pieces of foreign mail, including flat envelopes resembling correspondence, regular mail, documents, small packages, etc. arrive at every USA port of entry each day for clearance, it is physically impossible for them to reject or even scrutinize any more than 5%. So 95% of the time meds pass uninspected, but legally.
If a package is randomly looked at, if a customs clerk deems it inadmissible for importation, the worst case scenario is that the package is 'held' or 'seized'. This seizure can be contested if the meds shipped are in a 90 day supply or less for personal medical use.

3. What happens if my order is detained by Customs?
(*) If the shipment is held, we will replace the order for free only after receiving a copy of the notice and the corresponding envelope from customs, which the customer would need to send to us via e-mail. There are no legal repercussions for this type of import. It is not unlawful, and a 'seizure' is less ominous than a parking ticket. You have to 'pay' a parking ticket. You don't have to do anything with a seizure notice. It is just Customs' way of letting you know: Guess what, we kept your package! One can reply to the notice by filling out an innocuous form. There are two options:
1. I agree to voluntarily abandon the medications.
2. Request that CBP commence seizure proceedings.
We recommend that the recipient of a notice from customs ignores the notice. One does not need to sign the notice and return it to CBP. This is not legal advice. All meds imported should be for personal medical needs and we do not encourage self-medication without consultation of a physician.

5. How long do I have to wait before my orders arrive?
Usually, you should receive your medications within 2-3 weeks from the time you placed your order. On average, an order arrives between day 10-18 of the 25 day waiting period. Although some shipments arrive within 7 days. Every order’s time of arrival varies. That is why we state the 25 day waiting period. If there is any kind of delay please contact us so we can check the status of the order.

6.Will I be able to find my meds at the lowest possible price by using your site?
Yes. The cost of prescription medications in the USA is becoming prohibitive for those without insurance to cover it. When medicines are manufactured abroad, with no minimum wage, no huge research costs as mandated by the FDA, the costs drop. So, perhaps they take the liberty to charge more than they should for these meds. The prices are drastically less than in the USA or Europe, and no prescriptions are required.
